Bottega Vinai: The Line
The selection consists of 13 labels, including red, white, and rosé wines, each with a unique and distinctive character.
Bottega Vinai line offers a wide range of strictly DOC Trentino wines:

Bottega Vinai Gewürztraminer Trentino DOC
Traminer is a grape variety native to the Trentino-Alto Adige region, specifically from Termeno (South Tyrol, Tramin in German). From there, it spread to Alsace and some important German wine regions such as Württemberg and the Palatinate, where its cool-temperate climate enhances its aromas.
Organoleptic Characteristics
A bright, golden yellow colour with brilliant reflections showcases its great consistency. The aroma is intense and rich, with very pronounced notes of rose tea and subtle hints of spices like thyme and juniper. On the palate, the wine is elegant, well-structured, and perfectly balanced, almost creamy. The finish is very rich, with a long-lasting persistence that evokes scents of rose, dried apricot, and pineapple.
Bottega Vinai Chardonnay Trentino DOC
Chardonnay is the most well-known white grape variety in the world. In Trentino, it was introduced at the end of the 19th century and found such a favourable environment that it currently represents one-third of the entire production potential of the province. In addition to producing important still wines, Chardonnay is the main base for Trentodoc sparkling wines, such as Altemasi. It has been recognized as DOC since 1984.
Organoleptic Characteristics
A straw yellow-coloured white wine with greenish reflections. It has an intense and rich aroma, with notes of yellow apple, apricot, and pineapple. The hint of pastry aroma from barrel ageing is delicate and enticing. The taste is full and enveloping, with excellent balance and a rich, persistent aftertaste.
