Organoleptic Characteristics
Intense ruby red color.
Intense, gratifying, sinuous on the nose. Fruity notes reminiscent of cherry and wild berries such as blackberry and strawberry. Floral hints of violet accompany the pleasantly spicy and mineral finish.
Satisfying and surprising on the palate. Pleasant balance between softness, freshness, sapidity, and a good tannic structure. The intense nature of the aromas is confirmed in the long and deep finish. A promise fulfilled.
