Today I tell you about cocktails based on fruit spirits and non-alcoholic cocktails.

Today I propose you five cocktails:
- Cordialissimo (fruit spirit)
- Raspberry (fruit spirit)
- Rose (fruit spirit)
- Fruit Skywasser (non-alcoholic)
- Green Light (non-alcoholic)
Cordialissimo
A fresh, slightly sour cocktail.
It is served with a low tumbler glass or a double cocktail cup.
Ingredients
- 3 cl of cordial
- 1 cl of maraschino
- 1 cl of sugar syrup
- raspberries for garnish
Preparation
- Combine all the ingredients in the blender
- Add plenty of ice and start the blender
- Pour the cocktail into the glass
Raspberry
The ripe raspberry, sour to the right point, is tempered with sugar and lime.
Ingredients
- some ripe raspberries
- 2 teaspoons of brown sugar
- half a lime in pieces or squeezed juice
- 3 cl of cordial
- 2 cl of cointreau
- sparkling water
Preparation
- Combine the solid ingredients in a tumbler
- Crush them lightly with the pestle
- Add the ice, the alcoholic ingredients and fill with sparkling water
Rose
Ingredients
- 2 cl of kirsh
- 4 cl of dry vermouth
- 3 drops of strawberry syrup
- Red cherry in maraschino as a garnish
Preparation
- Put all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice
- Mix well
- Pour and filter into a chilled cocktail cup
- Decorate with the maraschino cherry
Pairings
You can pair this cocktail with fresh goat cheeses and skewers of scallops, shrimp and vegetables or scallops with cous cous and saffron.
Fruit Skywasser
A classic cocktail, a refreshment at the bottom of the slope for skiers, with the addition of raspberries it gains in fragrance and satisfies the palate.
It is also prepared with a mix of berries, raspberries, blueberries and currants.
Ingredients
- half a lemon in pieces
- 3 ripe raspberries
- 2 teaspoons of white sugar
- 2 cl of raspberry syrup
- soda
- a slice of lime and raspberries as a garnish
Preparation
- Crush the lemon and sugar in the glass
- Add the raspberries, the syrup, the ice cubes or flakes and soda
- Stir, decorate and serve with straws
Green Light
Bright green, it quenches the thirst to look at it and announces the ingredients with color tones: lemon yellow and mint green.
Ingredients
- ½ lemon chopped
- 3 mint leaves
- 2 cl of mint syrup
- lemon soda
- 1 slice of lemon, mint leaves and limoncina herb as garnish
Preparation
- Lightly muddle the lemon and mint in the tumbler glass
- Add the mint syrup, cubed or flaked ice and lemon soda
- Mix
- Decorate with the lemon slice, mint leaves and lemon grass
- Serve with straws
